Begoña Bagur and Shawn De Freitas

Di8it provides user experience design and consultancy services to clients and partners in the UK and internationally. We specialize in the development of applications for Digital Television and also target services to web development and human computer Interfaces e.g. Software, kiosks displays, mobiles phones etc.

The initial idea was the offspring of a research project conducted at the University of Brighton in collaboration with BSkyB. The research was presented at the EuroiTV conference in 2007 and opportunities for providing consultancy and design services emerged.

Shawn De Freitas, the Managing Director and Interaction designer is a motivated and creative individual who is inspired by the convergence of art and new media technologies. Among his achievement he has earned an undergraduate degree in Economics & Management Studies as well as postgraduate degrees in Interaction Media Design (MA) and Digital Television and Production Mgt (MSc).

Begoña Bagur is the Marketing Director and Project Manager. She is a flexible person with a proactive attitude, excellent work ethic and organizational skills. She has completed several degrees, all of them focused on communication and interactive media: Advertising and Public Relations, Strategic and Interactive Creativity and MSc Digital TV Management Production.
